Wow Its Nearly December

Some of my posts went astray.  In lieu of that I will honour the Fundamentals Package until 15th December 2015 with no deviations. January - National Paper Crafting Month and 12 hour Workshop

For an additional $10.00 spend you could be under way with your Mothers Day present.  Collect those great holiday photos and slip them into a mini album.  Better still the kids could make this for Nan/Grandma.

There's still 3 weeks of holidays left and it certainly would give the kids something to do..

Art Feast:

If you sew or just love art, I can thoroughly recommend this exhibition.  I loved it and spent alot of time trying to work out how some of the pieces were made.

A street artist I follow painted some of the beautiful murals in the Gallery for the exhibition.

The below seems like a great New Years resolution.

I need to create some will power.  I registered to participate in a 60 km walk as a fundraiser against Womens Cancer at the end of February 2015.

However I need to Fundraise $2000.00 to do it.  This is of course over and above the training.  It currently takes me 45 minutes to walk 4 kms, so training is quite time consuming.

Your support would be truly appreciated and I'm sure we all know people that have faced this hurdle.

Calendar:

Have you made your 2015 calendar yet???  CTMH has great blanks for you to complete. 

A 12 * 12 or 4 * 18" are available.  The 12*12 would appear to be better value but the 4*18 would make a great birthday calendar and therefore a wonderful gift.

Australia Day Celebrations:

CTMH has this fabulous stamp set.  Most of the stamps are general purpose which makes it great value.

The stars could be used on Christmas pages, for example.

Hello Ladies,

What a beautiful May we have had weather wise.

This is what pushes me to keep trying and I would love for you ladies to provide me with feedback and requests for classes.

This was me designing a page layout.  The photos related to the start and finish of our bus tour.  I had to include the tunnel built through a building.  It was so amazing to us.  I wanted to show this to highlight that clear stamps make page design so much easier.

The colours here are a blue paper from Balloon Ride, Champagne and Twilight card stock.  Distressing ink was used on the arrows and on the building markers were used.  In addition to this I used CM Expresso card stock and Vintage Chic blue ribbon.

The stamps were inked in Twilight, Champagne and Cocoa.
